Returns and refunds

Every piece is made by hand and packed with care. Small differences in colour or finish from the photos are normal for handmade work and are not a defect.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will replace the item or refund you.

Custom orders

Custom-colour and personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the UPI ID you paid from within 5-7 working days.
