Terms of sale

By placing an order with Crafty Nupur you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp confirming stock and price, and payment is received.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices on the website can change; the price confirmed on WhatsApp is final for your order.

Handmade products

Each piece is made by hand, so size, colour and finish can vary slightly from the photos.

Bulk and custom orders

Custom and bulk orders need a 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch.

Shipping and returns

See our shipping policy and returns policy.
